Our marketing team is tight-knit and collaborative. We create a lot of materials and campaigns to drive revenue and it feels good to know it is working and appreciated. It is one of the best teams I have been a part of.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop with the backbiting and support each other. The company makes a big deal about carrying the load together but everyone is ready in an instant to point fingers and assign blame away from themselves in order to stay clean.
The ability to communicate in person without the need of a manager to get things done or training everything in emails.
