People and processes both make sense to me.

Management wants us to do well and helps us perform

Flexability and work from home

The fact that you can be open about how you feel about the challenges/problems we face in our business.

People like to have fun but understand what it takes to be successful.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Don't force it as much. Let people stretch their legs a bit. Not everything has to be "disrupted" every six months.

Reduce the amount of managers that bring no benefit to the team or production. Increase pay and allow more ability to communicate without the push to constantly use conference rooms and emails.
