my overall experience in my company very good.
Good company when you have a good manager if not it will be difficult. There is lack of training and expected to fit in everywhere with little to no training.
Way too much expansion, structure is a joke, pay is not competitve
Management has zero communication skills, awful people skills, terrible diversity, horrible training, and my supervisor Blair Breen gaslights me every discussion we have.
