What makes you most happy at work?
The privilege to work with some of the brightest folks in the Energy Industry and cheer them on through their successes but also to help them out when they are down.
good behavior of all the staff of this office.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication about every aspect of our jobs. Our supervisor will tell different team members on the same project different information. So one person knows to look for a 670 and one person doesn't.

i like the best of our office available coffee.
