Good entry level exposure to the industry

Management has zero communication skills, awful people skills, terrible diversity, horrible training, and my supervisor Blair Breen gaslights me every discussion we have.

Way too much expansion, structure is a joke, pay is not competitve

Recent changes to Executive team has posisiton EN Engineering well for the future. Employee growth and training is the number one priority.

We need to be able to talk to each other and support each other when our supervisor is not communicating properly.

Communication about every aspect of our jobs. Our supervisor will tell different team members on the same project different information. So one person knows to look for a 670 and one person doesn't.
