Mr. David A. Bright, CPA serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Entegra Financial Corp. Mr. Bright serves as the Chief Financial Officer and First Vice President of Macon Bank Inc. Mr. Bright is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting areas. Mr. Bright joined KPMG LLP in 1992 and served in various capacities in the Greenville, South Carolina; Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Richmond, Virginia; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania offices during his 21-year career. His experience includes working with a variety of community, regional and global banks as well as investment funds, insurance companies and broker dealers. Mr. Bright holds a Certified Public Accountant license in Pennsylvania and inactive licenses in South Carolina, Virginia, New York and New Jersey.

Ms. Carolyn H. Huscusson serves as Chief Retail Officer and Executive Vice President of Macon Financial Corp. and Macon Bank, Inc. Ms. Huscusson served as Senior Vice President of Macon Bank, Inc. Ms. Huscusson has 36 years of banking experience. She served as Senior Vice President at Macon Financial Corp. She is responsible for overseeing the operation of Macon Financial's branch office network, as well as the marketing department. She served as City Executive and Vice President at First Citizens Bank.

Mr. Ryan M. Scaggs has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Macon Bank, Inc. since February 2013 and served as its Treasurer. Mr. Scaggs served as Chief Financial Officer Macon Bank, Inc. since December 2008 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and First Vice President. Mr. Bobby D. Sanders, II has been Chief Credit Administration Officer and First Vice President of Macon Bank Inc. since February 2013. Mr. Sanders has been Chief Credit Administration Officer of Entegra Financial Corp. since February 2013. Mr. Sanders serves as an Executive Vice President of Entegra Financial Corp. and served it First Vice President since February 2013. He is responsible for commercial credit administration, residential mortgage loan underwriting and processing, consumer loan administration, loan operations, special assets and collections. He served as Director of Commercial Lending since July of 2009 and Commercial Credit Administrator since August of 2008. Mr. Sanders has managed the Bank's commercial credit departments continuously since 2006, except for a short period of time during which he served as an Area Commercial Lending Officer. Mr. Sanders has 10 years of banking experience. He has been the primary liaison between the Bank and the banking regulators on all lending and credit quality matters since 2009. Mr. Sanders has obtained Credit Risk Certification from the Risk Management Association (RMA).

Ms. Laura W. Clark has been Chief Risk Officer at Entegra Financial Corp. since February 2013 and serves as its Executive Vice President and served its First Vice President. Ms. Clark has been Chief Risk Officer and First Vice President of Macon Bank, Inc since February 2013. She oversees the internal audit and compliance functions of Macon Bank and works closely with the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Credit Administration Officer, Security Officer and other Executive Management members to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are employed throughout Macon Bank to avoid, control, retain, or transfer identified risk exposures. She served as Compliance Officer of Macon Bank since 2001. Ms. Clark has 21 years of banking experience.

Mr. Charles D. Umberger serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Entegra Financial Corp. Mr. Umberger is responsible for directing Entegra's commercial lending efforts. Mr. Umberger serves as Senior Vice President of Business Banking for Miami-Dade County at Pointe Financial Corp. He joined Pointe Financial Corp. and Pointe Bank (the Bank), a subsidiary of Pointe Financial Corp. in December 2003. Mr. Umberger served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Old Town Bank. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Coconut Grove Bank. Mr. Umberger has 40 years of banking experience, 24 in Florida, including senior management positions at Southeast Bank and Barnett Bank. He spent the past five years as an Executive Officer and Director at Coconut Grove Bank in Miami. Mr. Umberger earned an AB Degree in 1972 from Duke University and an MBA Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1977.
