Working on products that actually address customer and user needs. I get to work on a lot of different features with a great team who I am learning from. It's a good mix of hands-on learning and tutelage from very qualified yet down-to-earth people.

Collaboration. Everyone is willing to go beyond to help each other and you can tell that they really care. People here believe in the vision, care about our customers, and are generally supportive. I like that it can also be casual, friendly, and sometimes even silly.

I really appreciate that we both have Lyft credits and monthly transportation credits. I love that there are monthly gym benefits, which are super thoughtful. A lot of team-building and bonding events are often happening, my coworkers put together a lot of fun events both in the office and offsite.

My team is SO incredibly supportive! Sounds a bit hyperbolic but they provide ample constructive feedback, are always happy to share knowledge and help me when I have any questions. They are so talented and good at what they do. I feel like we have a fun dynamic which I appreciate so much.
