It's not often that people get to work for a company that is invested in the overall culture. Rarely have I worked for a company whose executive team is willing to admit fault and actually strive to make the company better. I also love how willing everyone is to pitch in and help each other.

People really all pitch in, at all levels, to things done. We have a lot of work to do but it feels like everyone is here to move the mission along.
I feel like there are numerous people I can be completely transparent with. If I need to talk about anything good or bad, I know I have people I can go to. People in my corner who will hear me and support me.
