What do you like best about the leadership team?values and transparency - never worked for a better team
What is the best part about your compensation package?fair, competitive salary. That's the basis for everything :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? It's an ego-free environment where people genuinely work together to get things done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I've been told by multiple people on my team that I'm the lowest paid person on the team, however I've been at the company the longest of anyone on the team. Additionally, my compensation is below market value for someone in my field and at my level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?higher base salary and better comp structure
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? We need to pay people market value, we need to not compromise on quality and customer experience for speed, we need treat our employees with integrity and we need to not just say we care about DIB, but actually take action to make our company a more equitable place for people of diverse backgrounds.

You don't need to settle for the way things have always been. We’re here to do things differently, make your day easier and replace the mundane with moments that delight.
This idea started at the front desk, where we replaced outdated log books with iPads and set a new standard for visitor sign-in. Now, we’re looking around the office—past the lobby, to the mailroom, meeting rooms and beyond—and asking how can we make this better, too? We envision a world where software is seamlessly woven throughout the physical space. And by challenging the status quo of workplace technology, we're working toward this vision every day.
