Our leadership team takes a real interest in helping develop ICs' careers. If they can't offer direct mentorship, they work to put you in contact with someone who will. This is a community of folks who push you to be your best and continue to grow.
I've been told by multiple people on my team that I'm the lowest paid person on the team, however I've been at the company the longest of anyone on the team. Additionally, my compensation is below market value for someone in my field and at my level.
We need to pay people market value, we need to not compromise on quality and customer experience for speed, we need treat our employees with integrity and we need to not just say we care about DIB, but actually take action to make our company a more equitable place for people of diverse backgrounds.
