Ms. Susan M. Mathews, R.N., Ph.D., is Business Owner and Consultant. Ms. Mathews serves as an Advisor to early stage businesses and boutique investment banking firms. Ms. Mathews is the Founder and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Health Dimensions, the nation's leader in directly contracted primary care, occupational healthcare, and pharmacy services for the country's largest self-insured companies. She served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of 3 healthcare companies. She has over 20 years experience as a registered nurse. Ms. Mathews serves as Director GHI HMO Select Inc. Ms. Mathews serves as Director of Group Health Incorporated and its subsidiary HMO. She serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors of Etransmedia Technology, Inc. Ms. Mathews serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of the Capital Region, Healthtrax, Inc. and the Women Business Leaders in the U.S. Healthcare Industry Foundation. In addition, Ms. Mathews is a Member of the Advisory Boards of the Roman Catholic Diocese Finance Council Advisory Board; Babson College Graduate School of Entrepreneurship; Excelsior College President's Council; Graduate College of Union University Advisory Council; and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Ms. Mathews received her Ph.D. in Health Services Administration from Columbia Pacific University. She holds M.S. in Public Service Administration from Russell Sage College, and her B.S. in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph's College.

Mr. Avin Joshi has been a Senior Vice President of Operations at Etransmedia Technology, Inc., since its inception in 2000 and served as its Vice President of Operations. Mr. Joshi is responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspects of operations and process management. Additionally, he maintains, oversees, and develops new information technology initiatives, including the implementation of all of Etransmedia's ASP systems and new technology purchases. His technological ability has automated processes for the vast majority of the millions of transactions Etransmedia handles each year. Prior to joining Etransmedia, he served as a member of the Multidisciplinary Design Team at RPI, where he was in charge of project assessment and team assimilation, working with organizations such as General Electric, Pitney Bowes, and Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility. He was also the lead engineer for the implementation of Tata Engineering's in Bombay, India, Total Quality Management (TQM) initiative in their wire-drawing division. He created and implemented a plan that helped them audit their ISO 9002 certification and transition to a true TQM environment. Mr. Joshi earned dual Masters in Applied Physics, and Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Mr. Brendan Harnett serves as Senior Vice President of Solutions Management of Etransmedia Technology, Inc. Mr. Harnett served as Vice President of Solutions Management of Etransmedia Technology, Inc. Mr. Harnett served as Vice President of Product Development and Network Design at Etransmedia Technology, Inc. and also served as its Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Harnett is responsible for overseeing all growth initiatives within Etransmedia Technology, global marketing, and serves as company spokesperson. Prior to joining Etransmedia, Mr. Harnett co-founded 3arc Ltd., a business dedicated to the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for professionals and small businesses. Mr. Harnett has also worked for Burt Hill Kosar Rittlemann Associates, an internationally renowned Architectural Design and Engineering firm located in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Harnett involved in the development and implementation of space planning software and workflow optimization applications. Mr. Harnett holds degrees in Architecture and Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Mr. Thomas Steinke, also known as Tom, has been Chief Financial Officer at Etransmedia Technology, Inc. since March 2015. Mr. Steinke served as Vice President of Finance at Etransmedia Technology, Inc. since March 2015. Mr. Steinke is responsible for oversight of the treasury, financial reporting, financial analysis, corporate budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning functions at Etransmedia. He spent over 15 years serving in various financial and operational leadership capacities at IBM, KPMG LLP, Dynabil, Ducommun, IPLogic, Inc. and NYISO. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at IPLogic, Inc. He spent nearly 6 years at KPMG, LLP serving a diverse set of clients across multiple industries in the Capital Region and Northeast where he led or co-led engagements involving buy-side and sell-side due diligence transactions including the acquisition of OSi Specialties by GE Silicones in 2003 and the sale of GE Silicones to Apollo Management in 2006. In April 2008, Mr. Steinke joined DynaBil Industries, Inc. as Controller where he implemented a formal internal controls program and performed business analysis and sell-side due diligence prior to the sale of it to Ducommun, Inc. in December 2008. As Business Unit Controller with Ducommun, he assisted with post-sale integration activities, while providing leadership oversight of the Business Unit's SOX 404 implementation and ERP system migration. He served with IPLogic since April 2010 and has oversight of the Finance and Business Management functions, and collaborates extensively with Professional Services, Sales, Human Resources as well as other external stakeholders and business partners of it. Mr. Steinke received a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Mr. Vikash Agrawal co-founded Etransmedia Technology, Inc. in 2000. Mr. Agrawal co-founded two extremely successful companies and held leadership positions with some of the world's leading companies, including: GE, Symantec, and Freemarkets. He is a highly distinguished strategic thinker and manager with extensive entrepreneurial experience. In 1992, Mr. Agrawal founded and presided over a marketing firm in India. His most recent strategic management roles include, he served as Product Manager at Symantec, Inc., and Sales and Account Management in the healthcare, retail and financial sectors at Freemarkets, Inc. Mr. Agrawal serves as the Chairman and Director of Etransmedia Technology, Inc. In addition to his extensive management background, he has valuable product and service development experience to etransmedia. Mr. Agrawal attended Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. Previously, he received dual Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering and Management and Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He graduated first in his class at the Indian Institute of Technology, where he majored in Chemical Engineering.
