Not respected & overworked. Engineers are not respected.
My overall experience has been that I came in with little experience in the field, and now I'm a professional.
I love where I work and I hope that I can move up so that I am able to stay at the company with the co-workers that I enjoy working with
Good and a bit aggravating at times
I have learned a tremendous amount of new knowledge and experiences. However, the workload can be stressful at times and overwhelming. Most of the coworkers are good but some can be petty and difficult.
