Benefits are great, however the culture is toxic. Employees have very few development or promo opportunities. The company doesnt listen to their employees and refuses to provide a clear and flexible WFH policy. They have outdated views on how to operate a company. They need more diverse leadership.
Employees do not have opportunties for development/promotion. Provide transparency around the promo process and provide growth opportunities. Employees want to WFH - listen to their opinion and create a program where they can choose if they want to WFH or in office.
