Having the ability to learn and grow in my role - when i have the time or opportunity to do so.
No trust across the board, exhausted co-workers, micromanagers, secretive leadership. Needs a new executive leadership team.
Employees do not have opportunties for development/promotion. Provide transparency around the promo process and provide growth opportunities. Employees want to WFH - listen to their opinion and create a program where they can choose if they want to WFH or in office.
CEO needs a serious wake up call.
