Fidelis is fully disorganized and has low quality services. This company needs a complete positive transformation in order for it to get better.
If you do your job, stay away from drama it's fine. If you're lazy you won't be here long. Pay ok, not great but ok. 56 hrs sick days , vacation time good. Lots of room to grow. Ability to learn endless information with company learning courses.

As a provider of services I have been struggling to get paid properly. Your claims department is unreachable and they have yet to fix the problem through your liaisons. They do not recognize authorizations that are in place, they pay sporadically and incorrectly and they reject constantly.
