Health plans are very expensive and at the same time restrictive with hardly any coverage for therapies like speech or psych for your children and long restricted prescription drug list. Expect to pay a lot more for your healthcare than any other company that cares about their employees and their families. If your spouse can get coverage elsewhere then they MUST get it there which really messes up coordination of care if you want to share providers or the like. The benefits are not good. They are poor compared to other $10B+ companies.
