Managers need to care more about their employees.
Caring about the employees and listening to their concerns and problems.
Negative work environment due to stress and lack of empathy for lower level employees is the issue.
Most of my coworkers are good employees, some need to care about how their work ethic effects others.
First Tennessee plays favorites when getting raises and promotions. Those who work hard are not compensated fairly and those that do get promoted it's mostly by who you know, not your work ethic.
