
The company needs to hire visionary people, who can bring more structure into chaos.
I enjoyed talking to some senior level folks. But others (at VP) levels raised red flags.
Compensation needs to be aligned with job duties and responsibilities. Overtime work, and overachievement is not appreciated not rewarded.
Co-workers are nice, but leadership doesn't have strategic vision. It's difficult to work in environment where noone knows where the company is heading to.
Technical leadership has few management skills, an some acts like tyrants to junior employees. Groups are chaotic, do not communicate well, and results are often misaligned. Leaderships needs to know how to tie activities across the group better. Little or no advancement opportunity.
