Being able to reach out for help
visibility into company growth/tracked success
Theyre open about what they don't know.
The leadership team doesn't dictate from the top; they lead by building change collaboratively with input from all levels. Leadership is interested not just in the bottom line, but how all employees are experiencing their work. This invariably leads to better outcomes than a dictatorship.
Still learning to navigate job
Listen to employees and they need to hire people that understand healthcare
Eliminate nepotism, create Inclusion, diversity, pay and expectations
Technical leadership has few management skills, an some acts like tyrants to junior employees. Groups are chaotic, do not communicate well, and results are often misaligned. Leaderships needs to know how to tie activities across the group better. Little or no advancement opportunity.

The pension plan is great
The company seems to be sincere in its desire to keep employees from leaving
As a PT employee I am able to request a large amount of time off which gives me flexiblity in my work schedule.
unlimitd pto and free lunch
Compensation base is strong, as is the bonus and stock offering, which is with Roche, a very strong stock. The medical benefits are very good; better than the usually good benefit my partner's non-profit provides. You won't be disappointed.
More opportunities to grow and move around.
I make 1/4 what I earn at my FT job and $10/hr less than I made at my first job in this work, which was 10 years ago. I like being part of their mission, but I look at it as volunteer work.
Compared to other nurses, even in the midwest, I don't make as much. Given they're a NYC based company, they're paying remote for nurses because they know on these offers they could never attract NYC based nurses.
Compensation needs to be aligned with job duties and responsibilities. Overtime work, and overachievement is not appreciated not rewarded.
Review from Engineering Dept
They are a great energetic group of people that are willing to help each other out.
We've found ways to connect and make remote work go really well for us.
The team is ready to tackle any challenge, always gracious with each other, and give 110% to everything they do. I've never felt let down by a colleague or dissappointed in the work they've produced, as I have in past jobs.
I've never worked with such great and intelligent people in my career. I truly enjoy working with those on my team and find that everyone is very mission driven.
Review from Engineering Dept
My team is driven and smart, diverse and inclusive, and ready to help out. I never doubt my teammates ability to get stuff done. I enjoy hanging out with my team and getting to know them.
Review from Engineering Dept
We dont - were not offered our opinions or offered to work together its a top down model
Creating a better work culture and work/life balance
Co-workers are nice, but leadership doesn't have strategic vision. It's difficult to work in environment where noone knows where the company is heading to.
Review from Engineering Dept
They send out monthly emails pretending everyone is happy
Employee resource groups or ERGs are an absolute boon.
The mission definitely and the people I work with.
Review from Engineering Dept
Do the right thing, be kind, and some problems that matter.
Review from Engineering Dept
The transparency at every level, the commitment to individual development, and the willingness to "sit on the floor"/open attitude.

They make you take a test. That is the only process
I thought it was a very rigorous process but all very fair.
Review from Engineering Dept
They take the time to guide you through the process and genuinely care to see you at your best.
Review from Engineering Dept
I enjoyed talking to some senior level folks. But others (at VP) levels raised red flags.

I can do my work in a stress-free environment

Solving problems that matter - making a difference in cancer treatment, even if no one seems to know our department exists.
My coworkers and knowing that I'm contributing to an impactful mission fighting cancer and helping patients.
Review from Engineering Dept
The company needs to hire visionary people, who can bring more structure into chaos.
