Flatiron Health Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Being able to reach out for help

visibility into company growth/tracked success

Theyre open about what they don't know.

The leadership team doesn't dictate from the top; they lead by building change collaboratively with input from all levels. Leadership is interested not just in the bottom line, but how all employees are experiencing their work. This invariably leads to better outcomes than a dictatorship.

Still learning to navigate job

I've been at Flatiron for four years and have always found the leadership team to be transparent and forward thinking.

Review from Engineering Dept

They've built an amazing culture that blends startup speed and ingenuity with unbiased recognition and professional development. The managers are all so well trained and good at coaching. And all my colleagues are smart and capable.

Review from Engineering Dept

They are passionate about their work and are committed to our values. They are approachable and invested in the people here.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to employees and they need to hire people that understand healthcare

Eliminate nepotism, create Inclusion, diversity, pay and expectations

Technical leadership has few management skills, an some acts like tyrants to junior employees. Groups are chaotic, do not communicate well, and results are often misaligned. Leaderships needs to know how to tie activities across the group better. Little or no advancement opportunity.
