Needs better pay and to hire more people so employees aren't stretched so thin; I'd never work salary here, because I'm not interested in 60 hr work weeks. Company culture is otherwise amazing, with a true commitment to diversity, inclusion, and transparency.

We've found ways to connect and make remote work go really well for us.

Solving problems that matter - making a difference in cancer treatment, even if no one seems to know our department exists.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other nurses, even in the midwest, I don't make as much. Given they're a NYC based company, they're paying remote for nurses because they know on these offers they could never attract NYC based nurses.
