
For a smaller, more nimble company that allows me the freedom to do more, the pay is equivalent (and great) when compared to the larger companies.

The leadership team really lives up to the core Flexion values. Perhaps at the forefront though, is the transparency they have with their employees. The transparency modeled by the leadership allows employees to trust the leadership.
