I feel that my salary is below market value for biopharma. This is surprising in such a competitive industry. There are other benefits that Flexion provides that keep me from making a change.

Our genuine interest in Flexion's success.
The fact that Flexion is a small enough company to adapt/pivot when necessary is important to me. And being a smaller company also leads to more thoughtful interactions among employees.
