I started as a contract working for Flexion and was quickly made a full-time employee on the Flex Sales team. I cover vacant territories and white-space as a sales representative which is a position I desired. I have been very successful, thanks to great leadership and mentoring by managers.

Speaking with clients/accounts and helping patients have a better QOL.

Bonus/IC plan is very well thought out so we can achieve maximum payout. Very good options for health insurance.

Very motivated and passionate about the company and the product. Teamwork is key and we genuinely care about each other and how we can raise each other to be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the CEO down the leadership ladder, the core values are embraced. I really appreciate how Flexion has been able to adapt to remote working conditions so we can follow CDC guidelines to stay healthy and safe during this pandemic, yet we are still able to have FUN. Very appreciated.
