The work we do for our customers and their important missions. The team and the people I work with every day.
It was as much geared to making sure I like them as it was about them making sure I was a good fit.
The offices are sometimes a challenge because of the quick growth and keeping up with space needs. But the flip side is I think management is investing in people and growing the business and not just pocketing anything saved on the shortage of office space.
People generally like working here and I personally like the fact we can do well and do good. Our customers do really important work, and we can still achieve career growth. The benefits are still startup-like but have gotten better and leadership is transparent about progress.
The team leader is respected in the company at C-level and I enjoy working with my teammates. Everything isn't always easy but I feel like my team has my back and my boss would take blame himself before putting it on us. One of the best teams I've worked with in my career.
