What do you like best about the leadership team?
People generally like working here and I personally like the fact we can do well and do good. Our customers do really important work, and we can still achieve career growth. The benefits are still startup-like but have gotten better and leadership is transparent about progress.
They are honest, straight forward, and lead by example.
The leadership team goes out of their way to ensure a positive employee experience. They have weekly Peapod deliveries, catered lunches and employee happy hours. They genuinely care about the culture at Fonteva.
They are open and honest, fairly transparent on strategy and decisions. They are all pretty approachable and all work all the time.
