Mac is the best CTO and person. I really was inspired by him, I wish the rest of the leadership team was as passionate and caring as he was.

People generally like working here and I personally like the fact we can do well and do good. Our customers do really important work, and we can still achieve career growth. The benefits are still startup-like but have gotten better and leadership is transparent about progress.

The team leader is respected in the company at C-level and I enjoy working with my teammates. Everything isn't always easy but I feel like my team has my back and my boss would take blame himself before putting it on us. One of the best teams I've worked with in my career.

Our team works very well together. Everyone knows what is expected and there is no micromanagement.

good organization so we all know what each person is doing, we have transparency into individual and team goals, and they pitch in to cover someone when extra help is needed.

The offices are sometimes a challenge because of the quick growth and keeping up with space needs. But the flip side is I think management is investing in people and growing the business and not just pocketing anything saved on the shortage of office space.

Everyone genuinely works well together. Fontevans are a diverse group who always seek opportunities to help the team. Management does an excellent job of fostering a positive environment and corporate culture.

The environment at Fonteva is very diverse. We have employees from all over the world. The leadership team embraces all cultures and celebrates various holidays from Christmas to Diwali.
