I feel like if you say 100% of the company needs to change in order to make the culture better, that it is a red herring. In this case it is not. It is every man for himself here from the top down so the term morally bankrupt from Glassdoor is 100% accurate
ForeScout has pockets of really great people who want to make a difference. Engineers are collaborative within my region but it is a contest at the higher levels. It may be a few bad apples, or it may be more, but it is a leadership issue as to why it is not being addressed.
