
I'm compensated fairly, but I don't believe that's the case for other people on staff.
There are many skilled individuals, but a need exists for several more highly skilled and experienced professionals to fill multiple roles.
There are many demands of high performers' time, including team management, business development, employee training, client work, and more. As expectations increase, concerns about staffing needs remain unaddressed. I fear unresolved issues will drive away the most experienced employees.
The transition from "start up" mindset to "established business" mindset has been difficult. Metrics required to run a profitable organization are difficult to track, and the processes established to track them are not enforced. There is very little internal organizational documentation.
