What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Well-defined processes that are adhered to consistently are almost non-existent. Leadership has honest intentions, but accomplishing long-term growth goals and getting from point A to point B proves challenging.

The transition from "start up" mindset to "established business" mindset has been difficult. Metrics required to run a profitable organization are difficult to track, and the processes established to track them are not enforced. There is very little internal organizational documentation.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits package has been good and I feel I am compensated fairly. I see the flexibility in paid time off as a huge benefit and greatly appreciate it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm compensated fairly, but I believe there are others who aren't. There's no 401(k) matching offered by the company, and no standardized performance/salary review system in place. Those who ask for them are able to get reviews and possibly raises, but if you don't speak up it will never happen.

Everyone wants to be, and is, a part of the Team. We all work together for the common goals and strive to help FWM excel. Everyone is kind, friendly, fun, hard-working and loyal.
Everyone on my team is very helpful and respectful. Quite honestly the best group of people I've ever worked with.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone's friendly and everyone's a hard worker. There are a handful of more experienced team members driving the majority of growth, and leading the way when it comes to company and product development.

Everyone truly cares about one another, and the company, and we all have each other's backs.

This is a great company to work with. The remote workers are brought into the group as well as the in office workers. There are outside of work activities on a regular basis that bring the fun as well!
The people are amazing and there are a lot of great snacks and drinks available in our kitchen that is a great benefit here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More experienced, high-level staff are needed to ease the load on current staff. Too many projects fall onto the plates of a handful of individuals because other staff members would not be able to execute those tasks satisfactorily.

The possibilities are endless. I love the people I work with and what I do. I love that I learn new things all of the time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be 100% staff buy-in on established protocols and processes designed to grow the company. The lack of participation in efforts to improve data tracking and profitability is the single largest problem with long-term outlook.

There are many demands of high performers' time, including team management, business development, employee training, client work, and more. As expectations increase, concerns about staffing needs remain unaddressed. I fear unresolved issues will drive away the most experienced employees.
