- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Well-defined processes that are adhered to consistently are almost non-existent. Leadership has honest intentions, but accomplishing long-term growth goals and getting from point A to point B proves challenging.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm compensated fairly, but I believe there are others who aren't. There's no 401(k) matching offered by the company, and no standardized performance/salary review system in place. Those who ask for them are able to get reviews and possibly raises, but if you don't speak up it will never happen.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone's friendly and everyone's a hard worker. There are a handful of more experienced team members driving the majority of growth, and leading the way when it comes to company and product development.
