What do you like best about the leadership team?They set an example and make us more of a family, not just a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone truly cares about one another, and the company, and we all have each other's backs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Well-defined processes that are adhered to consistently are almost non-existent. Leadership has honest intentions, but accomplishing long-term growth goals and getting from point A to point B proves challenging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm compensated fairly, but I believe there are others who aren't. There's no 401(k) matching offered by the company, and no standardized performance/salary review system in place. Those who ask for them are able to get reviews and possibly raises, but if you don't speak up it will never happen.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone's friendly and everyone's a hard worker. There are a handful of more experienced team members driving the majority of growth, and leading the way when it comes to company and product development.
