Everything is organized, and teamwork is encouraged and done well. We all have our own domains that intersect in some ways, so you'll always have an opportunity to work with someone in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all excited about working together first and foremost. Everyone is happy and committed. Everyone wants to make an impact, which for me is a sign that the work mentality is very positive. There's rarely a time when a good laugh is discouraged. It's just a great mix of hard work and smiles.
