
We had fun talking and could say some off color things at times.
Bonus was decent and we received them yearly. However, the red a time those things were cut off for staff level emploees.
Favoritism is a huge issue. Our supervisor was long time friends with staff member so they did not have same expectations and was seldom assigned any significant projects.
Management needs to treat everyone fairly. They should make you feel thay you working together towards a goal not working for them and sell you out the minute something goes wrong.
