Mr. Martin B. Bloch has been Chief Executive Officer Frequency Electronics, Inc. since 1999 and has been its President since 1961 and also serves as its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Bloch served as the Chief Executive Officer Frequency Electronics, Inc. from 1961 to 1993. He served as President of FEI Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Frequency Electronics Inc. which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of time and frequency control products for commercial communications applications. Previously, he served as Chief Electronics Engineer of the Electronics Division of Bulova Watch Company. He has been a Director of Frequency Electronics Inc. and of its predecessor since 1961.

Mr. Steven L. Bernstein, also known as Steve, has been Chief Financial Officer of Frequency Electronics, Inc. since April 29, 2016. Mr. Bernstein is a Certified Public Accountant with an extensive 15 year background in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, risk management and auditing. During the 5 year period prior to joining Frequency Electronics in 2010 he worked in the North America accounting group of a Fortune 500 electronics distributor.

Dr. Stanton David Sloane, also known as Stan, has been Chief Operating Officer of Frequency Electronics, Inc. since September 13, 2017. Dr. Sloane served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since January 2015 until September 29, 2016. Dr. Sloane served as an Acting President of Comtech Mobile Datacom Corporation until January 13, 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Decision Sciences Medical Co., LLC (formerly Decision Sciences Medical Corporation). Dr. Sloane served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Decision Sciences International Corporation from August 2011 to January 2015. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of SRA Companies, Inc. from April 2, 2007 to July, 2011. Dr. Sloane served as the Chief Operating Officer of SRA Companies, Inc., since April 2, 2007. He served as an Executive Vice President of Integrated Systems and Solutions of Lockheed Martin Corp., from June 2004 to February 22, 2007. He served as the President of Management and Data Systems (M&DS) of Lockheed Martin Corp., from March 17, 2003 to May 2004. He served as Senior Vice President at Network Systems Development of Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications (LMGT) since 1998. He served as Vice President of Communications Systems for M&DS, before joining LMGT. He served as an Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems and Solutions Inc. Mr. Sloane began his career with General Electric Aerospace in 1984 and progressed through engineering, program management and business development assignments in a variety of GE Aerospace businesses. He has been a Director of Frequency Electronics, Inc. since August 19, 2016. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy from 1976 to 1981. He is a 10-year veteran of the U. S. Navy and Navy Reserve, where he served as an Aeronautical Maintenance Officer. He served as Member of Board of Managers at Decision Sciences Medical Co., LLC. He serves as a Director of Lockheed Martin UK Integrated Systems and Solutions Limited and Professional Services Council. Dr. Sloane served as a Director of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since January 2012 until September 29, 2016. He served as a Director of SRA Companies, Inc. from August 6, 2007 to July, 2011. He served as Director of Decision Sciences International Corporation until January 2015. Dr. Sloane holds Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies (Aeronautics) from Barry University and Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine University and Doctor of Management from the Weatherhead Business School at Case Western Reserve University and graduate in May 2003.

Mr. Markus Hechler has been an Executive Vice President of Frequency Electronics, Inc. since February 1999 and its Treasurer since April 29, 2016. Mr. Hechler served as Secretary of Frequency Electronics, Inc. since April 29, 2016. He joined Frequency Electronics Inc. in 1967. Prior to which, he served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Frequency Electronics Inc., since 1982 and Assistant Secretary since 1978. In October 2001, he was named President of FEI Government Systems, Inc.
