Grest company with lots of clever people but terribly disjointed with overlap across the board. Hq in the US means simple admin tasks take an age to complete

Removing bias and favoritism. Stop "managing up" to CYA to higher-ups leaving your teams to carry the additional burden of work with no attention paid to current bandwidth and workload.
