Removing bias and favoritism. Stop "managing up" to CYA to higher-ups leaving your teams to carry the additional burden of work with no attention paid to current bandwidth and workload.
Leadership team seem very far away and message from local managers is never clear. Seems to be a disconnect at middle management level

Competitive salary, healthcare and yearly bonus but difficult to assess where you are in pecking order as scales are very secreative
take more time for position placement and better defined goals.
I know for a fact that I am well below market value. They even admit it.

Speaking to like minded people and realising im not the only one who feels this way
Would need to feel more appreciated for what I do and not always hearing why do things take so long or hear about the budget all the time.
