Everything I previously stated. For the company to stop giving us lip service, Management at corporate and local levels need to start holding themselves accountable, especially the lack of leadership (in our plant)
Stop being so cheap. Conduct company wide online surveys for ALL employees and allow them to share their compliments, concerns, or grievences anonymously. Start an online company newsletter exclusively for employees, give us news on where the company is directed.
We all feel the same pain and stress, we worry about our children's futures, work frustrations, we all know we're just numbers the minds of executives, and we comfort each other in times of need. We share smiles, love, and laughter.
