What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's kind of easy going. The managers are not hounding you and watching over your shoulder every minute.

If you are not local, there is nothing positive.

Company is focusing on growth, not just with existing products but also with innovation.

Desire to change for the better. We are positioning for growth.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything I previously stated. For the company to stop giving us lip service, Management at corporate and local levels need to start holding themselves accountable, especially the lack of leadership (in our plant)

Perform surveys for all employees to air there concerns. For the executive team down to plant managers to listen to the front line workers and to take positive action.
