- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?It's kind of easy going. The managers are not hounding you and watching over your shoulder every minute.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone gets the job done without complaining.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Poor communication, lack of accountability. Start with those, and anything is possible.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Everything I previously stated. For the company to stop giving us lip service, Management at corporate and local levels need to start holding themselves accountable, especially the lack of leadership (in our plant)
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?No annual reviews to help employees better their job performance, and you have to be employed there 10 years to get three weeks vacation. Dismissive attitude toward employee concerns.
