
The best part of our leadership team is that we have a clear goal and work towards the same mission using an innovator's mindset.
It is important for me to have the option to work remotely if life circumstances/emergencies occur and I am able to do so. Also, we have a generous amount of paid time off.

I appreciated that one of my interviews was done in an online meeting format. This made it easier for me to choose the right time to do an interview without the struggle of travel time or not finding time in my schedule to meet.
Because my goals are clearly defined it makes it easier for me to know what I need to do and should I need support to get any task done, my team is willing to help. Clearly defined goals and objectives takes away the insecurity of what's expected & in turn makes me happy.
