Success is based on how good social friends you are with the Senior Director, and his boss. Raises and bonuses are calculated on the same basis. Extra points are gained by drinking with senior leadership, and engaging in office politics, which includes but not limited to, reporting on the activities of your colleagues, bullying, and encouraging socially unpopular employees to find employment elsewhere.
