I loved my job from day one. Leaders lied about the reorg with Indeed and piggy-backed on the pandemic for laying off 300 people. Things are changing now for the better, but we are far from being a great place to work. We at the mercy of Indeed. Likely, there will be many more bad changes/layoffs.

Internal interviews are the worst. It honestly comes down to favorites. Everything is hush hush. They don’t share who is in the running, and are not transparent about what they’re measuring you on. They need to be more transparent about everything. External interview
