It's been so long since I interviewed it's hard to recall. The interviewers were very positive and open to ideas proposed in the interview.

I like that the leadership team is always ready to recognize and reward individual contributions. They welcome and follow employee feedback to improve best practices and process for the entire team and are constantly asking for input, and accredit the proper employees when they have success.
