Interacting with my team! They're great people.
They're friendly, don't take themselves too seriously, always ready to learn, don't look down on people not knowing things - it's always hugely collaborative.
Well, I don't really have a lot of visibility on most of the leadership team. However, for those I do, they are very accessible and open to questions / conversations / etc. I think that's a really positive attribute.
Well, it's okay I guess. The thing that swung Globality for me when contrast with other companies was that, whilst base pay might have been a bit lower & no bonus structure, there was a compelling equity package. That's probably the best part?
Well I think there's urgency to get stuff done, but there's not that sort of "cut-throat pressure" that you can sometimes get. It's a good balance of "let's finish things" but "don't kill yourself to do it". That's a good environment for me, at least.
