High expectations! The company is very selective in hiring and one of the top qualities they seek is a positive/optimistic attitude. The reason being is that negativity within a company or work group sometimes has the ability to spread like a virus. The managers do not accept negativity, gossip and any counter-productive behavior that would adversely affect the "team" mentality. If there is a problem developing the CEO and management team addresses the issue immediately before it has the time to expand into a much larger issue. This company has a clearly stated zero tolerance for drama policy. The result is a wonderful company culture in which we all respect each other and communicate our thoughts and ideas in a logical and reasonable fashion, whether we agree or disagree.

Amazing, collaborative, fast-paced. An exceptional place to work and the best job I have ever had. People at GlobeChat are appreciated and recognized for their individual efforts and work, while still maintaining a strong team mentality. These are qualities rare for employers today. The culture encourages me to work to my fullest potential and makes me eager to get to work in the morning. All companies should take notes and follow the stellar example set by GlobeChat.
