    I love the people I work with. The environment is fast paced but fun and collaborative. We all help each other to succeed as a team. The first company I have worked for where everyone gets along very well. I may actually like my coworkers more than my own family. :)

  • My co-workers are very hard-working and passionate. The company has a very high standards and expects us to perform to the best of our individual abilities, while recognizing that each of us has strengths and weaknesses. The management team is very observant in identifying and leveraging each person's individual strengths. This allows the company to perform and function more as a team and for each person to excel in the areas of their strengths. As a result, people are happy at work and have a greater sense of accomplishment. We all take the job itself seriously, however people laugh and joke frequently and are always willing to proactively assist each other without having to be asked. I have had many "jobs" in my life that I did not necessarily enjoy... GlobeChat is the best "career" I have ever had and the people I work with are one of the main reasons it so special.

I have worked for large companies in the past, but have never worked for a smaller company with such high growth expectations.     Amazing, collaborative, fast-paced. An exceptional place to work and the best job I have ever had. People at GlobeChat are appreciated and recognized for their individual efforts and work, while still maintaining a strong team mentality. These are qualities rare for employers today. The culture encourages me to work to my fullest potential and makes me eager to get to work in the morning. All companies should take notes and follow the stellar example set by GlobeChat.

  • High expectations! The company is very selective in hiring and one of the top qualities they seek is a positive/optimistic attitude. The reason being is that negativity within a company or work group sometimes has the ability to spread like a virus. The managers do not accept negativity, gossip and any counter-productive behavior that would adversely affect the "team" mentality. If there is a problem developing the CEO and management team addresses the issue immediately before it has the time to expand into a much larger issue. This company has a clearly stated zero tolerance for drama policy. The result is a wonderful company culture in which we all respect each other and communicate our thoughts and ideas in a logical and reasonable fashion, whether we agree or disagree.

  • Excellent morale. I love this job because I feel appreciated, valued and an important part of the team contributing to the larger ambitious goals of the company. We have fun at work (I look forward to coming in every day) and our objectives are clearly defined. We work very well together and generally accomplish more in one day than other company employees accomplish in a week. The management team and CEO keep us laser focused and always communicate in a positive way areas in which we can improve. Praise for a job well done is always done publicly at our team meetings which gives us pride in the company we work for. Bottom line, I love this company, the core values of the founder and management team, the infectious positive attitude, my co-workers and our wonderful customers. This company gets an A+ for morale in my book and I'm certain the rest of the team would agree.

  • The interns come from all over the world. The interns are responsible for market research and customer identification from their respective geographic region. The interns are also responsible for representing the company at events and trade shows.

  • The company has a zero tolerance for any activity that violates the company's ethics policies. The company treats everyone fairly however expects each employee to be a positive reflection of the company's values. HR issues are very rare as the company carefully vets potential employees to ensure they are a good fit. The result is very little in the way of HR issues.

  • Extremely innovative. Our company received a patent earlier this year and are the first in the world with a multi-lingual concurrent instant language translator. Messages can be sent globally to thousands of recipients and they will real-time receive the messages in their individual languages. The company is on the cutting edge of the language translation market and has a very bright future.
