How's the morale at GlobeChat?

Excellent morale. I love this job because I feel appreciated, valued and an important part of the team contributing to the larger ambitious goals of the company. We have fun at work (I look forward to coming in every day) and our objectives are clearly defined. We work very well together and generally accomplish more in one day than other company employees accomplish in a week. The management team and CEO keep us laser focused and always communicate in a positive way areas in which we can improve. Praise for a job well done is always done publicly at our team meetings which gives us pride in the company we work for. Bottom line, I love this company, the core values of the founder and management team, the infectious positive attitude, my co-workers and our wonderful customers. This company gets an A+ for morale in my book and I'm certain the rest of the team would agree.
