How would you compare interviewing at GlobeChat to other places you've interviewed?
Much tougher interview at GlobeChat than other places I have interviewed. They peel back the layers of the onion. They are interested in both your work history as well as you moral compass. They ask a lot of questions to figure out your motivations and thinking process.
What should I wear for an interview at GlobeChat?
Dress very well for the interview to make a good impression on the managers. Once you are hired you can dress casual on days you are in the office and not interacting with customers or at trade show or company event.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at GlobeChat?
To describe a negative situation with a former employer or customers, how it made me feel, and in detail the logical steps I took to resolve the issue. They asked several questions about scenarios in my past and wanted to know my steps to resolution to determine if I am a problem solver as well as to gauge my moral character. I enjoyed the interview, however they certainly challenge you and really make you think at a deeper level.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from GlobeChat?
For the final interview I met directly with the CEO. I heard back within 5 business days.

Positive, upbeat, fast-paced work environment. Working 8-10 hours a day.

The Communicatiins Team is fast paced and highly effective. Everything we do is fast paced and our objectives are clear. We maximize our time and resources. The Communications Team at GlobeChat is an efficient well-oiled machine.

Communication is open and honest. Leadership encourages constant improvement and leads by actions, not words.
