
Accomplishing my KPIs on a day to day
The best part about my compensation package would have to be the salary.
The real sense of camaraderie everyone shares even though we are all basically fully remote.
The open line of communication I have with my People Team members is great. They've really done a great job getting me up to speed with everything.
I love the fact that we aren't micromanaged at work. It's cool working at a job where leadership clearly outlines what KPI's you need to hit and just let you go out and accomplish them.
