great growth mindset, incredible sales and connections, genuinely care about the team - a little limited in terms of recruiting (definitely need more SEOs to execute our rapid scaling) but they're well aware of the problem and doing a good job improving the situation

I like the bonuses opportunity but wish there were more opportunities to take advantage of it and scale up income, base pay is solid, benefits are 'eh' - medical is expensive for what it is, wish we had a smaller/more basic plan for a lower cost.
